Check Your Kirin Tor Reputation
Your standing with the Kirin Tor reduces the purchase price: Friendly saves 5% (8,075g), Honored saves 10% (7,650g), Revered saves 15% (7,225g), and Exalted saves 20% (6,800g).
Purchase the Ring
Buy any one of the rings from Harold Winston to earn the achievement. Be aware that this purchase cannot be refunded — the item sells back to vendors for only 21 silver, so there is no full-price buyback option.
