Earn the Ice Mammoth achievement by purchasing the mount from the Sons of Hodir faction vendor in Storm Peaks.
Reach Revered with Sons of Hodir
Build reputation with the Sons of Hodir faction to Revered status by turning in 
Relics of Ulduar.
Purchase Ice Mammoth mount
Travel to Dun Niffelem in Storm Peaks and speak with Lilehoff, the Sons of Hodir vendor, to purchase the Ice Mammoth for 
1,000 gold (or 800 gold at Exalted reputation).
Tips
If you are short on gold, you can purchase the mammoth to earn the achievement, then sell it back to the vendor for a full refund without losing the achievement credit.
