Collect 300 Stone Keeper's Shards through PvP activities and gameplay in Wintergrasp.
Purchase from faction vendor
For Alliance, buy the from Knight Dameron. For Horde, buy it from Stone Guard Mukar. Both vendors appear when your faction controls Wintergrasp.
