Defeat Slad'ran in Gundrak on Heroic Difficulty without getting snake wrapped.
Snakes. Why'd It Have To Be Snakes? is a 10-point achievement earned by defeating Slad'ran in Gundrak on Heroic Difficulty without ever being snake wrapped.
Clear the bone pile room
After Slad'ran's room, clear the room containing the three large piles of bones. This is where you will tank Slad'ran during the fight.
Position the healer
Have the healer stand near the entrance to the Colossus's room to stay out of range of snake adds.
Tank Slad'ran at the bone piles
Pull Slad'ran and run him to the lower end of the farthest of the three bone piles. Slad'ran will pause to cast poison bolts and novas along the way, making it easy to create distance. Tanking him this far from his room prevents small green snakes from spawning on the group.
Kill Viper adds only
At this distance, only Viper adds (the larger snakes) will reach the group. Kill each Viper as it arrives and avoid using AoE, since no small green snakes will be present to trigger wraps.
