Twilight Assist (10 player)
With at least one Twilight Drake still alive, engage and defeat Sartharion the Onyx Guardian in 10-player mode.
Twilight Assist (10 player) is earned by defeating Sartharion the Onyx Guardian in 10-player mode while keeping at least one Twilight Drake, specifically Tenebron, alive throughout the encounter.
Position Sartharion and Tenebron
Tank Sartharion in the left-hand corner closest to the instance portal. Tank Tenebron separately, positioned closer to the middle of the playing field, and always face him away from the raid to avoid his frontal cone ability.
Assign an Off-Tank for Whelps
A Paladin or Warrior is best suited to off-tank Tenebron and the whelps he spawns, as their AoE abilities allow them to hold multiple targets. The off-tank should stand near the portal and use AoE threat abilities to keep whelps controlled. Druids are also capable of tanking Tenebron if needed.
Burn Tenebron Down Immediately
Focus all DPS on Tenebron as soon as he is active and use Bloodlust/Heroism during this phase. Each whelp he spawns applies an armor-reducing debuff of 1500 armor per stack, so killing Tenebron quickly is critical to prevent overwhelming raid damage.
Kill Whelps Between Lava Waves
Turn and AoE down the whelps every one to two lava waves to manage the armor debuff stacks. Avoid lava walls throughout the fight, as the added damage is dangerous while the whelps are alive.
Finish Sartharion Normally
Once Tenebron and all whelps are dead, the remainder of the fight proceeds as a standard Sartharion encounter. If cooldowns are available at around 30% health on Sartharion, use Bloodlust/Heroism again to finish him off.
