Enter the Halls of Lightning on Heroic Difficulty and fight your way to Volkhan.
Burst Down Volkhan Quickly
Deal as much damage as possible to Volkhan to kill him before he can shatter golems — overnuking the boss and ignoring the adds entirely is the most reliable approach.
Ignore Brittle Golems
Do not kill any Brittle Golems that spawn during the fight; the golems move very slowly and will not keep up if left alone, so focusing entirely on Volkhan prevents shatters from occurring.
