Proof of Demise
Completed the Northrend daily dungeon quests listed below.
Proof of Demise is a meta-achievement requiring completion of daily dungeon quests in Dalaran, one for each of 12 Northrend dungeons, but it was removed in patch 3.3 and converted to a Feats of Strength.
Note Removal Status
Proof of Demise was removed as of patch 3.3 and is now a Feats of Strength, meaning it can no longer be earned.
Understand Required Quests
The achievement required completing daily quests from Dalaran for all 12 of the following dungeons and their final bosses: Ingvar the Plunderer in Utgarde Keep, Ley-Guardian Eregos in The Oculus, The Prophet Tharon'ja in Drak'Tharon Keep, Mal'Ganis in The Culling of Stratholme, Loken in Halls of Lightning, Herald Volazj in Ahn'kahet: The Old Kingdom, Keristrasza in The Nexus, King Ymiron in Utgarde Pinnacle, Gal'darah in Gundrak, Sjonnir The Ironshaper in Halls of Stone, Anub'arak in Azjol-Nerub, and Cyanigosa in The Violet Hold.

Each daily quest assigned in Dalaran was completely random, meaning a specific dungeon's quest could go months without appearing in the rotation.
