Pull Faerlina Away From Adds
Pull Grand Widow Faerlina as far as possible from her Worshippers — since Widow's Embrace has a 15-yard range, keeping her at least 15 yards from any dying Worshipper ensures the frenzy dispel cannot be applied.
Ignore Adds, Kill Faerlina
Leave the Worshippers alive and focus all damage on Grand Widow Faerlina directly, as Widow's Embrace only triggers when the Worshippers die, not while they remain alive.
