Avoid Mouth of Horror
When encountering the Mouth of Horror in the mining tunnel, pull him out of the tunnel before engaging. This mob has an uninterruptible fear that can cause you to run into tunnel walls and fall through the map, resulting in a disconnect loop where you cannot log back in without either waiting 30–60 minutes for the game to remove you from the scenario, or using Blizzard's character stuck service on a secondary character via the Support menu, which redirects to the Blizzard website.
