Campaign: The Jade Forest is a Timerunner achievement that rewards a Greater Bronze Cache upon completing all 12 Jade Forest storylines.
Understand the Two Achievements
There are two separate achievements both titled 'Campaign: The Jade Forest' — one for Horde and one for Alliance. Completing all 12 storylines on a single character will only credit the 6 faction-shared chapters (Nectarbreeze Orchard, Tian Monastery, Greenstone Quarry, Dawn's Blossom, The Temple of the Jade Serpent, and Terrace of Ten Thunders) toward the opposing faction's version. You must complete the Jade Forest campaign on both a Horde and an Alliance Timerunner character to unlock both achievements.
Start the Alliance Quest Chain
If you are an Alliance character missing quests such as Grookin Hill, or find your story progress stalled, travel to Stormwind City and pick up Hero's Call: Jade Forest! to unlock the full Alliance quest chain in The Jade Forest.
Check Story Progress vs. Achievement
Your in-game story progress counter and the achievement tracker are separate — having 12/12 story progress does not guarantee 12/12 achievement credit if you completed faction-specific chapters on the wrong faction's character. Verify which chapters remain grayed out in the achievement panel and replay those chapters on the correct faction's Timerunner.
Tips
The 6 faction-shared chapters (Nectarbreeze Orchard, Tian Monastery, Greenstone Quarry, Dawn's Blossom, The Temple of the Jade Serpent, and Terrace of Ten Thunders) count toward both faction versions of the achievement, so you only need to complete those once across your two characters.
