Valley of the Four Winds is a Timerunner meta-achievement that rewards the 
Halfhill Farmer's Backpack upon completing any two of its listed sub-achievements.
Choose Two Sub-Achievements
You only need to complete two sub-achievements to finish Valley of the Four Winds, which is fewer than some other zone meta-achievements require.
Complete the LFG Achievement
The LFG sub-achievement only requires two criteria completed, making it one of the faster options to knock out for this zone.
Complete the Tour Achievement
The Tour sub-achievement requires only one treasure and three rares; Valley of the Four Winds is a denser zone than Jade Forest, so rares and the treasure are relatively quick to find.
Tips
Pairing the LFG achievement with the Tour achievement is the fastest combination, since Tour only requires one treasure and three rares in this zone.
