There's Gold In That There Fountain is a fishing achievement earned by fishing up all the required gold coins from the Dalaran fountain located next to the South Dalaran Bank.
Find the Dalaran Fountain
Head to the fountain next to the South Dalaran Bank in Dalaran. A Fishing trainer is located nearby.
Fish for Gold Coins
Cast your line into the fountain and fish up all the required gold coins, which include 
Anduin Wrynn's Gold Coin, Archimonde's Gold Coin, Arthas' Gold Coin, and Arugal's Gold Coin among others. Each coin counts toward the achievement the moment it is caught, so you can use the coin's 'throw it back' option without losing achievement credit.
Use the Lucky Buff
When you catch a gold coin, use the option to throw it back into the fountain to receive the 2-minute Lucky buff, which increases your chances of catching more coins while it is active.
