Kissed by the Wind is a 5-point achievement earned by obtaining a transformative blessing from Ohn'ahra herself, rewarded upon turning in the quest A Whispering Breeze.
Complete The Highest Honor
Before picking up A Whispering Breeze, reach 25 renown and then find Khanam Matra Sarest to complete the quest The Highest Honor, which is the final quest for hitting 25 renown. Skipping this step will prevent you from picking up the required quest even if all other criteria are met.
Pick Up A Whispering Breeze
Head to Godoloto at Maruukai at 60.04, 37.47 and pick up the quest A Whispering Breeze. Ensure you have completed the Lizi questline and have all required items in your bags before approaching.
Turn In The Quest
Complete the objectives for A Whispering Breeze and turn it in. The Kissed by the Wind achievement is awarded automatically upon turn-in.
