Dreaming of the Aspects
Outgrow the use of Wyrm's Dreaming Crests during Dragonflight Season 3.
Dreaming of the Aspects is a Dragonflight Season 3 achievement earned by owning at least one item level 476 or higher piece of gear in every equipment slot, which then allows you to trade
Wyrm's Dreaming Crests for Aspect's Dreaming Crests at a 6-to-1 ratio.
Reach 476 Item Level
You must own a piece of gear at item level 476 or higher for every equipment slot — including both ring slots, which each require a separate 476+ ring. The items do not need to be equipped, only owned.
Use the Slot-Check Macro
Run this macro in-game to identify which slots have not yet reached 476: /run local n=tInvert(Enum.ItemRedundancySlot),a;for i=0,16 do a = C_ItemUpgrade.GetHighWatermarkForSlot(i); if a < 476 then print(a, n) end end
Relog to Unlock Achievement
If all slots are at 476 or above but the achievement has not triggered, close the game completely and log back in, as the achievement may not register until after a full relog.
Trade Crests with Vaskarn
Once the achievement is earned, visit Vaskarn at 49.8, 62.8 in the Emerald Dream to trade Wyrm's Dreaming Crests for Aspect's Dreaming Crests at a 6-to-1 ratio. This trade option only appears when you are not at the season crest cap — if you are capped, wait until the following weekly reset when the cap increases.
Tips
Both ring slots must independently have a 476+ item level ring — a single 476 ring does not satisfy both slots.
The trade-up option at Vaskarn disappears when you are at the season crest cap and returns after the weekly reset raises the cap.
