Cruelty Free
Defeat Igira after freeing the scorched critters in Amirdrassil, The Dream's Hope on Normal difficulty or higher.
Cruelty Free requires you to defeat Igira in Amirdrassil, The Dream's Hope on Normal difficulty or higher after freeing the critters trapped inside all three Torment-Forged Pots by smashing them with Igira's Blistering Spear ability.
Enter on Normal Difficulty
Enter Amirdrassil, The Dream's Hope on Normal difficulty or higher and engage Igira. Enable the Achievement Tracker to monitor criteria completion — text will shift from red to white as each pot is destroyed.
Locate the Three Pots
When you enter Igira's room, locate the three Torment-Forged Pots placed along the far edges of the room — typically two on one side and one on the other, with the split appearing to be random each attempt.
Smash Pots with Spears
When Igira targets you with Blistering Spear, run toward one of the Torment-Forged Pots so the spear slams into it and destroys it, freeing the critters inside. A good strategy is to position Igira near the side with two pots first, then quickly move to the remaining pot on the other side.
Destroy All Three Pots
Repeat the process until all three Torment-Forged Pots have been destroyed — this can be done at any point during the fight, so there is no need to rush. Once all three are smashed, finish the encounter and defeat Igira to earn the achievement.
