Ducks In A Row
Defeat the Council of Dreams after recruiting Sergeant Quackers to join the cause in Amirdrassil, the Dream's Hope on Normal difficulty or higher.
Ducks In A Row requires defeating the Council of Dreams after recruiting 
Sergeant Quackers to join your cause in Amirdrassil, the Dream's Hope on Normal difficulty or higher.
Locate Sergeant Quackers
As you enter the Council of Dreams boss room, Sergeant Quackers is positioned off to the left, on top of the wall. Mark him so your group can track his position throughout the encounter.
Do Not DPS The Bosses Early
Avoid dealing damage to any of the Council of Dreams bosses before the Polymorph phase begins. Sergeant Quackers considers wounded enemies a dishonorable fight and will refuse to join if the bosses have taken damage beforehand.
Stack Under Sergeant Quackers
When the fight begins, have your entire raid stack directly beneath Sergeant Quackers. The first Polymorph Bomb from Pip will not go out until approximately 25 seconds into the pull, giving you time to position there after the pull.
Wait For Polymorph Bomb
Unlike normal execution where players use their second action bar button to escape the duck transformation, everyone must instead wait for the Polymorph Bomb to expire naturally, which briefly disorients all affected players and transforms them into ducks. Having at least 12 out of 14 players polymorphed is sufficient.
Click Sergeant Quackers
While transformed into a duck, have someone in the raid click on Sergeant Quackers to recruit him to the fight. Once he joins, you can begin dealing damage to the bosses. All three bosses must be killed at roughly the same time, so balance your damage across all of them.
Tips
This achievement is soloable as of The War Within. Pull Urctos specifically as he will physically move, allowing you to drag him close to where Sergeant Quackers is positioned on the wall, then wait to be polymorphed.
Druids in your raid must not be in any shapeshift form when attempting to recruit Sergeant Quackers, as shapeshifting has been identified as a cause of the recruitment failing.
