Gain Mastery of Timeways for 5 weeks during the Turbulent Timeways event.

Master of the Turbulent Timeways requires you to earn the Mastery of Timeways buff during 5 separate weeks of the Turbulent Timeways event, rewarding the Sandy Shalewing mount upon completion.

1

Understand the Weekly Requirement

Each week during the Turbulent Timeways event, you must complete 4 Timewalking dungeons in sequence. Each dungeon grants a stack of Distilled Knowledge of Timeways that lasts 2 hours, and reaching 4 stacks converts the buff into Mastery of Timeways — the buff that counts as credit for that week.

2

Chain Dungeons Before Buff Expires

The Distilled Knowledge of Timeways buff is timed, so you must complete the next dungeon before it expires. Each new stack resets the 2-hour timer, so as long as you keep completing dungeons without a long break between them, the buff will carry forward.

3

Repeat Across All 5 Weeks

This achievement requires a minimum of 5 weekly resets to complete, as you must earn Mastery of Timeways once per week for 5 weeks. The achievement is account-wide, so you can use a different character each week.

4

Use the Buff Carryover Strategy

If your Mastery of Timeways buff is still active when a new week begins, completing just one Timewalking dungeon in that new week grants credit for the new week. This means the minimum total dungeon count across 5 weeks is 9 — 5 dungeons in the first week followed by 1 dungeon per week for the remaining 4 weeks — provided the buff never drops.

Tips

  • If you miss any week entirely and cannot earn Mastery of Timeways that week, you cannot complete this achievement in the current event rotation, as it has since become a Feat of Strength replaced by Master of the Turbulent Timeways II.

  • The Sandy Shalewing mount is now available for purchase from Timewalking Vendors for 5000 Timewarped Badges if you missed the original event.
