Complete The Silver Purpose
Complete The Silver Purpose quest chain, as this is required before you can progress into the later parts of the Tyr storyline.
Finish An Exemplar of Compassion
Complete the An Exemplar of Compassion: Valunei quest and its full chain before attempting the Data Recovery quest, or Valunei will not appear in Valdrakken.
Check Azure Span Side Story
There is a side story quest in Azure Span tied to this chain — if you skip it, the quest NPC in Valdrakken will not appear, blocking your progress.
Complete Tyr's Fall Chain
Complete the Tyr's Fall quest chain, which is one of the required chains for this achievement.
