Craft each of the following goggles listed below.
Chromatic Calibration: Ectoplasmic Specs requires a single Engineering character to craft all four Shadowlands goggles, rewarding cosmetic appearances for each pair that are usable across all armor types upon completion.
Train Required Engineering Patterns
Visit Machinist Au'gur, the Engineering trainer in Oribos, and learn all four goggle patterns. You must have Shadowlands Engineering skill level 85 to craft these items.
Craft Articulated Ectoplasmic Specs
Craft the 
Articulated Ectoplasmic Specs using 1 
Wormfed Gear Assembly, 3 
Handful of Laestrite Bolts, 5 
Angerseye, 1 
Umbryl, 1 
Desolate Leather, 5 
Pallid Bone, and 5 
Flexible Ectoplasm.
Craft Remaining Three Goggles
Craft the 
Flexible Ectoplasmic Specs, the 
Grounded Ectoplasmic Specs, and the 
Reinforced Ectoplasmic Specs using their respective patterns, all learnable from Machinist Au'gur in Oribos.
Collect Your Reward
Upon crafting all four goggles, you will receive the 
Ensemble: Chromatically Calibrated Ectoplasmic Specs, which is delivered via in-game mail rather than placed directly into your inventory.
Tips
All four armor type patterns were made available during the Dragonflight prepatch, so a single Engineering character can craft all of them without restriction.
