You Saw Nothing
While engaged in combat with Captain Kromcrush in Dire Maul, craft a Gordok Ogre Suit with the Leatherworking profession and use it.
You Saw Nothing requires you to craft a 
Gordok Ogre Suit using Leatherworking and then immediately use it, all while actively in combat with Captain Kromcrush in Dire Maul.
Gather Required Materials
Before entering Dire Maul, obtain 
Rugged Leather x4, 
Bolt of Runecloth x2, and 
Rune Thread x1. You also need Classic Leatherworking skill of at least 285. The Gordok Ogre Suit is unique, so check that you do not already have one in your bags before proceeding.
Enter Dire Maul North
Enter the Dire Maul North entrance, known as the Guarded Commons, located in Feralas. Clear the bosses up until the room where Guard Slip'kik is found at 62.5, 24.9 in Feralas, where you will also find Knot Thimblejack.
Learn the Pattern from Knot Thimblejack
Talk to Knot Thimblejack at 62.5, 24.9 in Feralas and select the dialogue option "I'm a Leatherworker. Think you could teach me how to make the ogre suit?" to receive the crafting pattern.
Loot the Ogre Tannin
Go upstairs and loot the 
Ogre Tannin from the basket in the middle of the room. Do not craft the Gordok Ogre Suit yet — you must wait until you are in active combat with Captain Kromcrush.
Craft and Use the Suit in Combat
Engage Captain Kromcrush in combat, then open your Leatherworking window and craft the Gordok Ogre Suit while he is actively fighting you. Immediately use the crafted suit while still in combat to satisfy both objectives and earn the achievement. Note that any addon interfering with opening the Leatherworking window during combat may prevent this from working.
Tips
Tailoring cannot be used to satisfy the "Gordok Ogre Suit shamelessly crafted" objective — this achievement specifically requires the Leatherworking profession.
If you need to retrieve additional materials after a failed attempt,
Katy's Stampwhistle can speed up travel to a mailbox, though it has a cooldown.
