Can't Crush These is a 5-point achievement earned by completing each of the Jewelcrafting daily quests available from Timothy Jones in Dalaran (Northrend), and Isabel Jones in Stormwind or Marith Lazuria in Orgrimmar.
Complete Timothy Jones Dailies
Visit Timothy Jones in Dalaran (Northrend) and complete his Jewelcrafting daily quests. These become available as soon as you learn Northrend Jewelcrafting.
Unlock Cataclysm Dailies
To access the daily quests from Marith Lazuria in Orgrimmar (or Isabel Jones in Stormwind), reach skill level 25 in Cataclysm Jewelcrafting, which can be achieved through prospecting Cataclysm ore.
Complete Cataclysm Dailies
Complete each daily quest from Marith Lazuria in Orgrimmar or Isabel Jones in Stormwind. Across all daily quests for the achievement, you will need: 2 
Dark Jade, 2 
Bloodstone, 1 
Chalcedony, 2 
Huge Citrine, 3

Tips
The daily quest rotation is random, and specific quests such as those requiring Elemental Goo can go weeks without appearing — this achievement is time-gated by RNG and may require many daily resets before every required quest is offered.
