Perform Milling operations on herbs 2000 times with the Inscription profession.
Massive Mills requires you to perform Milling operations 2000 times using the Inscription profession, counting only standard 5-herb mills toward progress.
Avoid Mass Milling Recipes
Do not use Mass Milling recipes for this achievement. Although Mass Milling processes 20 herbs at once, it only counts as 1 milling operation toward the achievement instead of 4.
Buy Cheap Herbs
Open the Auction House and browse Trade Goods → Herbs, purchasing whichever herbs are cheapest. Avoid buying 
Broken Frostweed Stem, as it appears under Herbs on the Auction House but cannot be milled.
Mill in 5-Herb Batches
Mill your herbs using the standard 5-herb method so that every 20 herbs counts as 4 separate milling operations toward the achievement, maximizing your progress per stack purchased.
Equip Crafting Speed Gear
Equip crafting speed profession equipment from The War Within — green-quality pieces from the Auction House work fine — and mill cheap Dragonflight herbs to complete this achievement as quickly as possible.
Tips
If you are already farming Legion herbs for Broken Isles Herbalism Techniques rank 3 upgrades, milling those same herbs simultaneously contributes to this achievement.
