Quite the Quilt II
Craft 500 times with the Tailoring profession.
Quite the Quilt II requires you to craft 500 times using the Tailoring profession, building on Quite the Quilt I (100 crafts) and leading toward Quite the Quilt III (1000 crafts).
Unravel Cloth for Progress
In Dragonflight, unraveling 
Tattered Wildercloth into 
Spool of Wilderthread counts toward this achievement and yields a usable material — note that a multicraft result still only counts as a single craft toward the total.
Craft Cheap Bandages Instead
If you prefer to buy materials off the Auction House, bandages are among the cheaper options that count toward the achievement — Linen Bandage, Wool Bandage, Mageweave Bandage, and Netherweave Bandage are all valid crafts, though material prices fluctuate.
Tips
If you still need Quite the Quilt I (100 crafts), any progress made toward it automatically counts toward Quite the Quilt II as well.
