Quite the Quilt I
Craft 100 times with the Tailoring profession.
Quite the Quilt I awards 10 points for crafting 100 times using the Tailoring profession, and is the first in a series of four ranked achievements (I through IV) that track cumulative Tailoring crafts.
Unravel Cloth in Dragonflight
Unraveling 
Tattered Wildercloth into 
Spool of Wilderthread counts toward the achievement and leaves you with a usable material afterward. Each unravel action counts as one craft regardless of multicraft procs, so repeat the action 100 times to complete the achievement.
Craft Cheap Bandages Instead
If you want to work toward bandage-related achievements at the same time, crafting inexpensive bandages such as Linen Bandage, Wool Bandage, Mageweave Bandage, or Netherweave Bandage also counts toward Quite the Quilt I, and these materials tend to be among the cheaper options available on the Auction House.
Tips
Quite the Quilt I is the first of four tiers: Quite the Quilt I requires 100 crafts, II requires 500, III requires 1000, and IV requires 2000, so all crafts made now count toward the higher ranks as well.
