Ink and Quill III is an Inscription achievement that requires crafting 750 times with the profession, and the fastest way to complete it is by mass-crafting cheap origami recipes using 
Light Parchment purchased from vendors.
Buy Light Parchment
Purchase Light Parchment from any Inscription vendor. To reach 750 crafts you will need 2,250 Light Parchment, though buying 4,500 total covers all four ranks of the achievement series at a combined cost of 1.8g.
Craft Origami Repeatedly
Use your Origami Beetle, Origami Slime, or Origami Rock recipes — each costs 3x Light Parchment per craft — and repeat until you hit 750 total Inscription crafts to complete Ink and Quill III.
No Origami Recipes?
If you do not have any of the origami recipes, craft Ultramarine Ink instead as the next cheapest alternative, keeping in mind that its material costs vary based on the Auction House.
