Light Parchment from a vendor — you need 3 per craft, so 750 total to reach 250 crafts for this rank.
Craft Origami Repeatedly
Use your Inscription profession to craft Origami Beetle, Origami Slime, or Origami Rock 250 times, as each costs only 3x Light Parchment and is the cheapest path to this achievement.
Tips
If you plan to continue toward Ink and Quill III (750 crafts) and Ink and Quill IV (1500 crafts), buying 4500 Light Parchment upfront covers the entire series at a minimal gold cost.
