Ink and Quill I is an Inscription achievement earned by crafting 50 times with the profession, and the fastest cheap route is mass-crafting Origami items using 
Light Parchment purchased from vendors.

Visit the Profession Trainer in Orgrimmar or Stormwind and learn Cataclysm Inscription.
Stock Up on Light Parchment
Purchase Light Parchment from a vendor or the Auction House — each Origami craft requires 3x Light Parchment, so 150 Light Parchment covers the 50 crafts needed for Ink and Quill I.
Craft Origami to 50
Craft any combination of Origami Beetle, Origami Slime, or Origami Rock until you hit 50 total crafts and the Ink and Quill I achievement completes. If you lack these recipes, Ultramarine Ink is an alternative crafting material.
