Dangerous Devices I is an Engineering achievement earned by crafting 100 items with the Engineering profession.
Farm Stones from Auction House
Purchase 
Solid Stone in bulk from the Auction House (2 per craft) to create Solid Blasting Powder, reaching 100 crafts quickly. Alternatively, 
Dense Stone (2 per craft for Dense Blasting Powder) or 
Coarse Stone (1 per craft for Coarse Blasting Powder) are viable options depending on what is available at lower prices.
Craft Blasting Powder Repeatedly
Open your Engineering crafting menu and repeatedly craft whichever Blasting Powder recipe uses the stone you purchased until you reach 100 total crafts to complete Dangerous Devices I.
Consider Serevite Bolts Alternative
If you are specced into Engineering parts, crafting Handful of Serevite Bolts is another low-cost option that can also yield Rousing Elements as bonus outputs from each craft.
Tips
When this achievement was released, the Auction House supply of stones became unstable due to mass buying — the autobuy feature can accidentally purchase materials at very high prices, so review your order carefully before confirming.
If you can source Linen Cloth, Wool Cloth, or Silk Cloth cheaply, you can craft the corresponding Dynamite recipes using your Blasting Powder to double the number of crafts from the same stone investment.
