Craft or enchant 2000 times with the Enchanting profession.
Enchantment IV requires you to craft or enchant 2000 times using the Enchanting profession.
Use the Prismatic Shard loop
Buy around 50 
Large Prismatic Shards from the Auction House, then repeatedly shatter them into 
Small Prismatic Shards and reform them back into Large Prismatic Shards — each conversion counts toward the 2000 total and costs nothing beyond the initial purchase. Favorite both recipes so they appear at the top of your Enchanting window, then spam this macro to automate the loop: `/run local id = 28022; C_TradeSkillUI.CraftRecipe(id,C_TradeSkillUI.GetRecipeInfo(id).numAvailable)` followed by `/run local id = 42615; C_TradeSkillUI.CraftRecipe(id,C_TradeSkillUI.GetRecipeInfo(id).numAvailable)`.
Craft Spirit Dust enchants
Alternatively, buy 8000 
Spirit Dust from the Auction House and craft 2000 Mastery enchants to complete the achievement in a single session.
Use Draenic Dust AFK method
If you prefer a fully AFK approach, use 
Draenic Dust to craft Enchanted Dust — each craft costs 1 dust, 20 of the resulting Enchanted Dust vendor for 
5 gold, and you can queue all 2000 crafts and step away.
Shatter Eternal or Sha Crystals
For a method that can return a small profit, chain-shatter 
Eternal Crystals or 
Sha Crystals into dust, then use that dust to craft enchants — both the shatters and the enchant crafts count toward the 2000 total. Auction House prices fluctuate, so compare crystal and dust prices before committing to this route.
