Craft or enchant 1000 times with the Enchanting profession.
Enchantment III is a 10-point profession achievement that requires you to craft or enchant a total of 1000 times using the Enchanting profession.
Shatter and Reforge Prismatic Shards
Purchase 
Large Prismatic Shards, shatter them into 
Small Prismatic Shards, then reform them back into Large Prismatic Shards — each shatter and craft counts toward the 1000 total, though this method yields no profit.
Shatter Crystals Into Dust
For a more profitable approach, chain shatter 
Eternal Crystals or 
Sha Crystals into dust, then use that dust to craft enchants — both the shatters and the crafts count toward the achievement, and this method can turn a profit depending on current Auction House prices.
