Enchantment II
Craft or enchant 500 times with the Enchanting profession.
Enchantment II requires crafting or enchanting 500 times using the Enchanting profession, and can be completed efficiently through shard shattering loops or by crafting specific items from available materials.
Shatter and Reform Prismatic Shards
Shatter 
Large Prismatic Shards into 
Small Prismatic Shards, then reform them back into Large Prismatic Shards. Each operation counts toward the 500 total, though this method yields no profit since shards sell back at the same price you purchased them.
Shatter Crystals Into Dust
For a more profitable approach, repeatedly shatter 
Eternal Crystals or 
Sha Crystals into dust, then use that dust to craft enchants. Both the shatters and the crafted enchants count toward the 500 total. Auction House prices fluctuate, so verify current costs before committing to this method.
Craft Enchanted Heavy Callous Hide
If you have a stockpile of Shadowlands materials, craft 
Enchanted Heavy Callous Hide repeatedly to accumulate progress. Shadowlands mat bags from missions can generate a large supply, and the War Within's cross-server and cross-faction exchange feature allows you to consolidate mats from multiple alts onto a single character to speed this up.
