Forge and Befuddle is a 5-point achievement that requires you to deliver Forged Documents to six gullible individuals in Stormwind City, with each delivery tied to a daily quest on a 20-hour crafting cooldown.
Learn Cataclysm Inscription
Visit a profession trainer and learn Cataclysm Inscription. Purchase 
Virtuoso Inking Set, 
Blackfallow Ink, and 
Light Parchment from the supplies vendor nearby.
Reach Inscription Skill 50
Travel to Legacy Uldum by speaking with Zidormi, then head to the Schnottz Elite Infantryman packs and kill them until you loot 
Technique: Origami Beetle. Craft Origami Beetles until your Cataclysm Inscription skill reaches 50.
Learn Forged Documents Recipe
Return to the Cataclysm Inscription trainer and learn the Forged Documents recipe, then craft your first set of Forged Documents. This recipe has a 20-hour cooldown, so completing all six deliveries takes a minimum of six days.
Deliver to Master Mathias Shaw
Find Master Mathias Shaw at 81.2, 63.2 in Stormwind City. If his quest marker is not visible outdoors, walk up the stairs into the building — he may be phased until you enter. Turn in the Forged Documents to complete that day's delivery.
Deliver to Thomas Miller
Find Thomas Miller at 65.6, 70.2 in Stormwind City — he roams around the Trade District with his cart, so check the surrounding area at that location if he is not immediately visible.
Deliver to Auctioneer Chilton
Find Auctioneer Chilton at 60.8, 71.0 in Stormwind City and turn in your Forged Documents.
Deliver to Field Marshal Stonebridge
Find Field Marshal Stonebridge at 71.2, 80.6 in Stormwind City and turn in your Forged Documents.
Deliver to Jelinek Sharpshear
Find Jelinek Sharpshear at 61.2, 64.8 in Stormwind City and turn in your Forged Documents.
Deliver to Darlene
Find Darlene at 77.6, 67.2 in Stormwind City and turn in your final set of Forged Documents to complete the achievement.
Tips
This achievement can be completed in under one hour by using six different characters — craft Forged Documents on each alt and deliver to a different NPC per character on the same day, bypassing the six-day cooldown entirely.
The Horde version of this achievement only requires five NPCs in Orgrimmar, making it slightly faster to complete than the Alliance version in Stormwind.
