Forge and Befuddle
Deliver Forged Documents to the following gullible individuals.
Forge and Befuddle is a 5-point achievement that requires you to craft Forged Documents using Inscription and deliver them to specific NPCs, unlocking one new recipient each day over 5 days.
Learn Cataclysm Inscription
Visit the Inscription trainer in Orgrimmar or Stormwind and learn the Cataclysm Inscription skill. Purchase a 
Virtuoso Inking Set, 
Blackfallow Ink, and 
Light Parchment from the nearby vendor.
Learn Technique: Origami Beetle
Travel to Uldum and speak with Zidormi to enter legacy Uldum, then kill packs of Schnottz Elite Infantrymen until you loot the 
Technique: Origami Beetle. Craft it repeatedly until you reach skill level 50 in Cataclysm Inscription.
Learn Forged Documents
Return to the Inscription trainer and learn Forged Documents, which unlocks the ability to craft the item needed for this achievement. Crafting Forged Documents starts the delivery quest chain.
Deliver to Horde NPCs Daily
Each day a new NPC becomes available to receive your Forged Documents, and all previous recipients remain available as well. Deliver to all five Horde NPCs in Orgrimmar: Suja at 56.4, 61.2; Ambassador Dawnsinger at 49.2, 71.6; Grunt Grimful at 54, 73.4; Branzlit at 48.6, 82.6; and Scout Stronghand at 52.6, 75.6 — Scout Stronghand patrols the area around the main road.
Deliver to Alliance NPCs Daily
Alliance players must deliver Forged Documents to six NPCs across Stormwind: find Darlene Stokx at 77.54, 67.45 in Old Town, Master Mathias Shaw at 81.31, 63.29 in Old Town, Thomas Miller at 62.7, 73.27 in the Trade District, Auctioneer Chilton at 60.94, 70.92 near the Trade District Auction House, Jelinek Sharpshear at 61.32, 64.84 near the Trade District Barber Shop, and Field Marshal Stonebridge at 71.32, 80.48 outside the main entrance near the bridge to the front gates.
Tips
This achievement is time-gated and takes a minimum of 5 days to complete on a single character, as only one new NPC recipient unlocks per day.
If you have 5 Inscription alts, you can complete the achievement in a single day by using each alt to deliver to a different NPC on day one.
If Suja is not visible in Orgrimmar, complete the introduction to Pandaria via the All Aboard! quest line to phase her back in.
