That's No Ordinary Gas Cloud!
Encage 2 of each elemental soul with the Zapthrottle Soul Inhaler.
"That's No Ordinary Gas Cloud!" is a 5-point Dragonflight achievement earned by using the 
Zapthrottle Soul Inhaler to encage 2 of each type of elite elemental soul across the Dragon Isles.
Obtain the Zapthrottle Soul Inhaler
Pick up the Zapthrottle Soul Inhaler from the Auction House, or craft one yourself using 
Schematic: Zapthrottle Soul Inhaler, which is unlocked by putting 20 points into the Scrapper sub-spec of Optimized Efficiency.
Stock Up on Empty Soul Cages
Purchase 8 
Empty Soul Cages from the Auction House before heading out — you need one for each capture attempt across all four elemental types.
Capture Two Earth Souls
Head to the Earthshatter Elemental at 52.8, 30.6 in the Azure Span. Use the Zapthrottle Soul Inhaler on the elemental and ensure it dies during or immediately after your cast to receive the 
Encaged Earthen Soul. Open the first Encaged Earthen Soul before capturing a second earth elemental, then repeat the process for your second 
Earthen Soul. The Zapthrottle Soul Inhaler has a 5-minute cooldown between uses.
Capture Two Air Souls
Travel to the Stormbound Colossus at 24.6, 36 in Thaldraszus and use the Zapthrottle Soul Inhaler while the elemental dies during or shortly after your cast to collect the 
Encaged Airy Soul. Open the first cage before capturing your second 
Airy Soul.
Capture Remaining Elemental Souls
Three out of four elite elemental types — fire, earth, and frost — can be found together at Vakthros Summit in the Azure Span, with an additional location available at 55.6, 77 in Thaldraszus. Use Hunter elemental tracking to locate elite elementals in these areas. Remember to open each 
Encaged Fiery Soul and 
Encaged Frosty Soul before capturing a second of the same type, and use dots or stuns to keep the elemental from interrupting your channel.
Tips
You do not need to wait for the 15-minute hatch timer on any captured soul cage to complete this achievement — the encagement itself counts toward progress.
If a specific elemental type already has one soul caged and unopened, you cannot capture a second of that same type until you open the first cage.
