Seething Flames of Hatred
Successfully craft the Warblades of the Hakkari, Reborn.
Seething Flames of Hatred is earned by successfully crafting the 
Warblades of the Hakkari, Reborn using the re-implemented Zul'Gurub crafting system that requires 300 skill in Classic Blacksmithing.
Unlock Zul'Gurub Crafting System
You must first unlock the previously removed Zul'Gurub crafting system before you can craft the Warblades of the Hakkari, Reborn. This unlock is account-wide, so it only needs to be done once across all your characters.
Obtain Relics of a Fallen Empire
Once you obtain Relics of a Fallen Empire, various coloured bijous will begin dropping inside Zul'Gurub. Zul'Gurub is Heroic only with a daily lockout, but bijous are warbound, so you can run it on multiple alts to accumulate them faster.
Farm Bijous from ZG Bosses
Every boss in Zul'Gurub — Venoxis, Mandokir, Kilnara, Zanzil, Jin'do, and The Cache of Madness — has a guaranteed chance to drop one bijou, giving 6 guaranteed bijous per run. Each boss also has an additional low chance to drop a 
Big Bag o' Bijous containing 1–4 bijous, and there is also a daily fishing cache available inside Zul'Gurub.
Obtain the Ancient Plans
Farm the 
Ancient Plans: Warblades of the Hakkari, Reborn from within Zul'Gurub. You will need 300 skill in Classic Blacksmithing to use the plans and craft the weapons.
Craft Inside Zul'Gurub Only
You must craft the Warblades inside the designated area in Zul'Gurub at 55.2, 32 — crafting outside this area will only produce a 
Warshard of the Hakkari, Unborn with a 5-minute duration that disappears, wasting all your materials and granting no progress toward the achievement.
Tips
The Zul'Gurub unlock is account-wide, so alts can freely farm bijous across all daily resets to speed up progress.
Bijous are warbound, meaning you can freely farm Zul'Gurub on as many alts as you have to collect them more quickly.
