Broken Isles Mining Techniques
Fully master all of the following Mining Techniques of the Broken Isles.
Broken Isles Mining Techniques is a 10-point achievement requiring you to fully master all Mining Techniques of the Broken Isles by earning ranks 1 through 3 in every Leystone and Felslate technique, plus Infernal Brimstone.
Earn All Six Rank 1 Techniques
Mine Leystone Deposit, Leystone Seam, Living Leystone, Felslate Deposit, Felslate Seam, and Living Felslate nodes in non-Argus Legion zones to earn all six rank 1 techniques. The Broken Shore is reported as a strong farming zone for this.
Complete Quest Chains in Dalaran
After earning all six rank 1 techniques, visit the mining trainer Mama Diggs in Dalaran to unlock two quest chains: the Felslate chain (The Felsmiths → A Shred of Your Humanity → Darkheart Thicket: Nal'ryssa's Sisters) and the Leystone chain (The Highmountain Tauren → Where Respect is Due → The Legend of Rethu Ironhorn). Completing these chains is required before you become eligible to loot rank 2 and rank 3 Felslate and Leystone techniques.
Farm Rank 2 and 3 Techniques
After completing both quest chains, continue mining 
Felslate Seam and Felslate Deposit nodes alongside Leystone nodes in non-Argus Legion zones to receive rank 2 and rank 3 technique drops. These ranks are significantly rarer than rank 1 and require extended farming sessions across multiple days.
Obtain Infernal Brimstone Techniques
Earn Infernal Brimstone rank 1 by completing a world quest, which can appear in Highmountain, then obtain ranks 2 and 3 via a quest chain available from the Dalaran mining trainer only after earning rank 1.

You must fully complete both the Felslate and Leystone quest chains from Mama Diggs in Dalaran before rank 2 and rank 3 node drops can appear — skipping this step makes higher ranks unobtainable regardless of how many nodes you mine.
