Fully master all of the following Gathering Techniques of the Broken Isles.
Broken Isles Herbalism Techniques requires you to fully master all Gathering Techniques for Legion herbs by ranking each herb up to rank 3 through a combination of herbing, quest turn-ins, and in some cases killing specific mobs.
Learn Legion Herbalism
Head to Legion Dalaran and visit Kuhuine Tenderstride to learn Legion Herbalism. You will return to her repeatedly throughout this achievement to turn in rank quests.
Farm herbs for rank quests
For most herbs, collect them in Legion zones until a quest-starting item drops — rank 1 appears to drop at or near 100%, while rank 2 and rank 3 items are significantly rarer and can require extended farming sessions.
Rotate zones every 20 minutes
One zone appears to be 'active' per day for rank 2 and rank 3 quest item drops, cycling through zones in a clockwise pattern daily — if a quest item has not dropped within 20 minutes, move to a different Legion zone and try there instead.
Farm mobs for {item:inv_herbalism_70_dreamleaf} Dreamleaf rank 3
For 
Dreamleaf rank 3, skip herb picking entirely and instead kill mobs near the Emerald Nightmare raid entrance, as the rank 3 item drops from them within a small number of kills rather than from herb nodes.
Farm {item:inv_misc_herb_astralglory} Astral Glory on Argus
For 
Astral Glory, herbing on Argus has proven effective for triggering rank 2 and rank 3 drops in a short window when Argus is the active zone.
Tips
Rank 2 and rank 3 quest items appear to drop from a single 'active' zone per day, rotating daily through Legion zones — concentrating your herbing in one zone per session and switching if nothing drops within 20 minutes can significantly reduce total farming time.
For Dreamleaf rank 3 specifically, killing mobs near the Emerald Nightmare raid yields the rank 3 quest item far faster than farming herb nodes.
