Fourth War Skinning Techniques
Fully master all of the following Zandalari or Kul'Tiran Skinning Techniques.
Fourth War Skinning Techniques is a 10-point achievement requiring you to fully master all Zandalari or Kul'Tiran Skinning Techniques introduced in Battle for Azeroth.
Train BFA Skinning
Visit the skinning trainer in your BFA capital city — Dazar'alor for Horde or Boralus for Alliance — and train Skinning along with every skill the trainer offers.
Level Skinning to 120
Head to Tiragarde Sound and skin the hounds at 75, 80 until you reach 120 Skinning skill — you can stand in one spot and skin as they respawn.
Accept quests from trainer
Return to your skinning trainer and accept the quests Lost But Not Forgotten, Ceremonial Vestments, and Hexoskeleton, then complete them to earn additional skinning skill points.
Unlock Nazjatar recipes
Complete the main BFA campaign and unlock World Quests in Nazjatar, then open Arcane Chests in the zone to obtain the Chum — a chest at 38.08, 53.58 has a higher drop chance and does not require a Scrying Stone buff.
Learn remaining techniques
Once Nazjatar is unlocked, visit Rolm (Horde) or Instructor Alikana (Alliance) in Nazjatar to learn the remaining techniques including Cragscale and Dredged Leather — note that using 
Forgotten Techniques of Zandalar does NOT teach these patterns on its own if the main campaign and Nazjatar are not fully unlocked.
Tips
The
Forgotten Techniques of Zandalar will not teach Cragscale or Dredged Leather unless you have completed the main BFA campaign and fully unlocked Nazjatar.
