Fully master all of the following Skinning Techniques of the Broken Isles.
Broken Isles Skinning Techniques is an achievement requiring you to fully master all Skinning Techniques introduced in the Legion expansion by obtaining and learning each technique's rank-up items through skinning mobs and completing specific quests across the Broken Isles and Argus.
Complete Argus Prerequisite Quests
To unlock Fiendish Leather technique drops on Argus, first complete Uniting the Isles from Khadgar at the Violet Citadel in Legion Dalaran, then accept Armies of Legionfall from Khadgar at the Dalaran landing spot, skip the scenario, return to accept The Hand of Fate from Khadgar at the Violet Citadel, and complete the entire quest chain (approximately 30 quests) until you finish The Burning Heart and unlock Krokuun World Quests.
Farm Stonehide Leather Techniques
Skin beasts that drop Stonehide Leather to randomly receive 
Stonehide Leather Sample (Rank 1), 
Scrap of Pants (Rank 2), and Immaculate Stonehide Leather (Rank 3); targeting elite mobs yields these drops within roughly the first 200 skinned, while regular mobs have approximately a 0.01–0.05% drop rate averaging around 5, 000 kills.
Farm Stormscale Techniques
Skin beasts that drop Stormscale to randomly receive 
Stormscale Sample (Rank 1), 
Unfinished Treatise on the Properties of Stormscale (Rank 2), and 
Immaculate Stormscale (Rank 3); prioritize elite mobs over regular mobs for significantly better drop rates.
Obtain Felhide Techniques
Rank 1 begins by skinning World Quest-eligible mobs to receive 
Felhide Sample, Rank 2 is obtained via the quest An Unseemly Task, and Rank 3 requires completing the quest The Emerald Nightmare: The Pestilential Hide of Nythendra by entering The Emerald Nightmare raid and defeating Nythendra.
Farm Fiendish Leather Techniques
After completing the Argus prerequisite chain, skin mobs on Argus to randomly receive 
Tainted Scraps (Rank 1), Spoiled Fiendish Leather (Rank 2), and 
Corrupted Tooth (Rank 3); fully mastering Fiendish Leather from Rank 1 to Rank 3 costs approximately 3, 253 leather, 1,104 Unbroken Teeth, 1,216 Unbroken Claws, and 64 Primal Sargerite.
Learn Unbroken Claw Technique
Skin eligible mobs to randomly receive 
Skinning Technique: Unbroken Claw, which only has a Rank 1 and no further ranks to pursue.

Tips
Elite mobs drop technique rank-up items within roughly the first 200 skinned, while regular mobs average approximately 5, 000 kills per drop at a 0.01–0.05% rate, so always prioritize elite mobs that are densely packed and respawn quickly.
The Argus prerequisite quest chain of approximately 30 quests is required on every alt individually, even if your main already has world quests unlocked.
