Geologist's Ledger: Dragon Isles is an achievement that requires documenting all mining discoveries across the Dragon Isles by collecting specific rare ore samples and stones from various Serevite and Draconium mining nodes.
Learn All Node Variants
To complete Geologist's Ledger - Serevite and Geologist's Ledger - Draconium, you must have learned the normal deposit and each of the Rich, Seam, Hardened, Molten, Primal, Titan-Touched, Infurious, and Metamorphic variants for each mineral type. For Geologist's Ledger - Overloaded Elements, you need each of the Hardened, Molten, Primal, Titan, Infurious, and Metamorphic Overload variants learned.
Farm Unyielding Stone Chunk
Unyielding Stone Chunk drops from Hardened Serevite Deposits. Mine Hardened Serevite nodes until it drops.
Farm Heated Ore Sample
Heated Ore Sample drops from both Molten Serevite Deposits and Primal Serevite Deposits. Mine either node type until it drops.
Obtain Iridescent Ore First
Before the Elementally Charged Stone can drop, you must first loot 
Iridescent Ore. To obtain Iridescent Ore, you first need to collect 5x 
Iridescent Ore Fragments from mining nodes, after which Iridescent Ore becomes available to loot.
Farm Elementally Charged Stone
After looting Iridescent Ore, mine only Serevite Deposit, Rich Serevite Deposit, and Titan-Touched Serevite Deposit nodes to obtain Elementally Charged Stone via a finesse proc — avoid Hardened, Molten, and Primal nodes entirely while farming for this stone, as those node types do not yield it and may interfere with progress.
Tips
Elementally Charged Stone can take nearly 100 nodes to obtain after looting Iridescent Ore, as it comes from a finesse proc rather than a standard drop.
Avoid Primal, Molten, and Hardened Serevite nodes when specifically farming for Elementally Charged Stone, as these nodes drop the other two stones and do not contribute to its acquisition.
