Craft The Ub3r-Spanner, the Tool of the Trade for Engineering.
The Ub3r-Spanner is the Battle for Azeroth Engineering Tool of the Trade, crafted after completing a faction-specific quest line and reaching 150 skill points in Kul Tiran or Zandalari Engineering.
Complete the Quest Line
Complete the Engineering Tool of the Trade quest line for your faction (Horde or Alliance) and reach 150 skill points in Kul Tiran or Zandalari Engineering to unlock the crafting pattern for 
The Ub3r-Spanner.
Farm Coin Return Flipper
Enter The MOTHERLODE!! on any difficulty and defeat Coin-Operated Crowd Pummeler to obtain one 
Coin Return Flipper; this item cannot be purchased on the Auction House.
Farm Static Induction Matrix
Enter Temple of Sethraliss on any difficulty and defeat Galvazzt to obtain one 
Static Induction Matrix; this item cannot be purchased on the Auction House.
Farm Miniaturized Power Cores
You need two 
Miniaturized Power Cores: kill Sabertron once for one and P4-N73R4 once for the other — you must kill both enemies, as farming only one will not yield both cores, and they cannot be purchased on the Auction House.
Obtain Insulated Wiring
Acquire 50 
Insulated Wiring, which can be purchased from the Auction House or a vendor.
Craft The Ub3r-Spanner
With all materials in hand, craft The Ub3r-Spanner through your Engineering profession window to earn the achievement.
