Khaz'gorian Smithing Hammer
Craft the Khaz'gorian Smithing Hammer, the Tool of the Trade for Blacksmithing.
The 'Khaz'gorian Smithing Hammer' achievement is earned by crafting the 
Khaz'gorian Smithing Hammer, the Blacksmithing Tool of the Trade from Battle for Azeroth, which requires completing a quest line, reaching 150 skill points in Kul Tiran or Zandalari Blacksmithing, and gathering specific materials.
Reach 150 Blacksmithing Skill
Train Kul Tiran Blacksmithing (Alliance) or Zandalari Blacksmithing (Horde) and reach 150 skill points before attempting to craft the Hammer.
Start the Quest Line
Speak with Grix "Ironfists" Barlow (Alliance) or Forgemaster Zak'aal (Horde) to begin the Blacksmithing quest line. After the first quest, you will receive the recipe for the Hammer, but you must complete the entire quest line through the final quest 'Anvil's Away' to unlock the Khaz'gorian Smithing Anvil required to actually craft it.
Farm Titan's Blood
Collect 30 
Titan's Blood by farming Infused Crag at 48.61, 55.39 in Silithus (the BFA version of the zone).
Obtain Precision Blessing Tools
Collect 1 
Precision Blessing Tools, which drops from Galecaller Faye in the Shrine of the Storm dungeon on any difficulty — enter the dungeon and defeat her to obtain it.
Obtain Azerokk's Fist
Collect 1 
Azerokk's Fist, which drops from Azerokk in The MOTHERLODE!! dungeon on any difficulty — enter the dungeon and defeat Azerokk to obtain it.
Purchase Storm Silver and Platinum Ore
Buy 30 
Storm Silver Ore and 20 
Platinum Ore from the Auction House.
Gather Expulsom
Collect 10 
Expulsom by scrapping BFA items at the Scrapper in Boralus, or by using a transmute — Expulsom cannot be purchased on the Auction House.
Craft the Hammer
With all materials gathered and the quest line completed, use the Khaz'gorian Smithing Anvil in front of your Blacksmithing trainer to craft the Khaz'gorian Smithing Hammer and earn the achievement.
