Destined to be Legendary
Craft the Sulfuron Hammer.
Destined to be Legendary is a 5-point achievement earned by crafting the 
Sulfuron Hammer at the Black Anvil in Blackrock Depths.
Obtain the Plans
If you do not have 
Plans: Sulfuron Hammer, bring one 
Sulfuron Ingot to Lokhtos Darkbargainer in Blackrock Depths to unlock the quest A Binding Contract, which rewards the plans upon completion.
Reach Blacksmithing 300
You must have Classic Blacksmithing skill at 300 to craft the Sulfuron Hammer.
Gather All Required Materials
Collect the following materials, all of which can be purchased from the Auction House: Sulfuron Ingot x8, 
Dark Iron Bar x20, 
Arcanite Bar x50, 
Essence of Fire x25, 
Blood of the Mountain x10, 
Lava Core x10, and 
Fiery Core x10.
Craft at the Black Anvil
Enter Blackrock Depths and head to the Black Anvil at the centre of Shadowforge City, near where Lord Incendius is located, then use your plans to craft the Sulfuron Hammer and earn the achievement.
Optional: Combine with Eye of Sulfuras
Once the achievement is earned, you can combine the Sulfuron Hammer with 
Eye of Sulfuras to create Sulfuras, Hand of Ragnaros, though this is not required for the achievement.
