A Cure for All Ails II is an Alchemy achievement that requires you to craft potions 500 times using the Alchemy profession.
Choose a Cost-Effective Potion
Select a potion that uses cheap materials available on the Auction House. Some low-material options include: Potion of Focus (
Crystal Vial x1, Snow Lily x2), Potion of Mogu Power (Crystal Vial x1, 
Green Tea Leaf x1, Fool's Cap x1), Virmen's Bite (Crystal Vial x1, Green Tea Leaf x1, Snow Lily x1), and Potion of the Jade Serpent (Crystal Vial x1, Green Tea Leaf x1, Silkweed x1). Material costs fluctuate, so check current Auction House prices before committing to a single recipe.
Bulk Craft to 500
Purchase enough materials to craft your chosen potion 500 times — for example, 
Master Healing Potion can be crafted using Green Tea Leaf x2 and Crystal Vial x2 per craft — then mass-produce until the achievement completes at 500 crafts.
Tips
The achievement completion bar may display as 0/50 rather than 0/500 in some interface views; this is a known display inconsistency and does not affect actual progress tracking.
