Best Stellar requires you to use all four variants of 
Rituals of the New Moon — red wolf, white wolf, grey wolf, and black wolf — to transform into each wolf and earn the Compendium of the New Moon toy.
Obtain All Four Books
You need all four Rituals of the New Moon variants (red wolf, white wolf, grey wolf, black wolf). You can craft them using Northrend Inscription — learn the pattern by grinding mobs in Silverbrook in Grizzly Hills for approximately 10 minutes. Each craft costs Eternal Shadow x3, Ink of the Sea x5, and Light Parchment x10, but yields a random variant, so you may need to craft multiple times. Alternatively, all four variants are available on the Auction House.
Use Each Book Efficiently
The four books share a 10-minute cooldown, but the achievement is account-wide. Send one book each to four different characters and use all four within the same session, completing the achievement in about 3 minutes instead of waiting through the shared cooldown on a single character.
Activate the Transformation
When you use a book, after a short cast you transform into the corresponding wolf for 2 minutes. You are pacified and silenced during the transformation, but clicking away the buff returns you to normal immediately. Be sure to press Use on the book itself — if it appears in your off-hand slot, confirm you are clicking Use and not just inspecting the item.
Tips
Since crafting yields a random variant each time, crafting in bulk increases your odds of collecting all four without purchasing duplicates on the Auction House.
Materials for crafting (Eternal Shadow, Ink of the Sea, Light Parchment) are typically available on the Auction House at a lower combined cost than buying the finished books.
