Dawn of the Infinite: Galakrond's Fall is a Dragonflight Season 3 Mythic+ dungeon, and this achievement is earned by defeating Iridikron, the dungeon's final boss.
Enter the Dungeon
Enter Dawn of the Infinite: Galakrond's Fall. The boss order is Chronikar, Manifested Timeways, Blight of Galakrond, and finally Iridikron.
Reach 60% Forces at Manifested Timeways
Before leaving Manifested Timeways's platform, reach at least 60% enemy forces. On a typical pug route, this means killing approximately 6 of the 11 optional Timestream Leeches wandering at the edge of the platform, which allows you to skip the Infinite Infiltrator and the first 3 mob groups after Blight of Galakrond.
Skip the Infinite Infiltrator
To skip the large dragon Infinite Infiltrator while flying, tell your team to mount up and not move, then start a countdown from 3 and run eastward together by hugging right.
Skip Post-Blight Mob Groups
To skip the first 3 groups of mobs after Blight of Galakrond, have your team mount up and follow a rogue's shroud. If no rogue is available, use a movement speed increase and immediately use 
Potion of the Hushed Zephyr, though be aware the tank should be prepared for any adds that may engage.
Defeat Iridikron
Defeat Iridikron, the final boss of Dawn of the Infinite: Galakrond's Fall, to earn the achievement.
