Defeat Malygos with fewer than 9 in 10-player mode.
A Poke in the Eye (10 player) is a 10-point achievement earned by defeating Malygos in 10-player mode with fewer than 9 players alive.
Build Heal Stacks First
When Phase 3 begins and you mount the drake, immediately spam button 3 to build five stacks of the heal buff on yourself before engaging Malygos.
Use Drake Rotation
Once Malygos is engaged in Phase 3, follow this rotation throughout the fight: 1 - 1 - 2 - 3, allowing small delays when mana or energy is low, but never deviating from this sequence.
Dodge Sparkly Hazards
Fly out of any sparkling ground effects during Phase 3 and then resume the 1 - 1 - 2 - 3 rotation immediately after repositioning.
Assign Focused Healing Roles
In a group setting, solo healing Phase 1 is viable to free up a DPS slot; in Phase 3, dedicate one or two drakes to healing so the remaining riders can build high buff stacks.
Apply Debuffs Before Liftoff
Have a Warlock apply Curse of Elements on Malygos just before the transition to Phase 3 so the debuff carries into the airborne phase, boosting caster damage.

The achievement requires fewer than 9 players present in the instance, so entering with 8 or fewer players satisfies the condition from the start.
