Community Rumor Mill is an exploration achievement that rewards the pet Tobias for finding 10 Buried Satchels hidden across multiple zones, each discovered through community-shared rumors.
Obtain Torch of Pyrreth
Before heading out, obtain the 
Torch of Pyrreth and keep it on you — several 
Buried Satchels require it to interact with nearby objects.
Collect Eastern Plaguelands Satchel
Travel to Eastern Plaguelands and find the Buried Satchel at 55.2, 59.4. For Horde, take the portal to Undercity from Orgrimmar's zeppelin tower and fly from there. Alternatively, use your 
Dalaran Hearthstone, speak to Manapoof and choose Stratholme, then fly to the location.
Collect Felwood Satchel
Travel to Felwood and find the Buried Satchel at 42.2, 48.1 — note this satchel is located underwater. From Stormwind or Orgrimmar, travel through Dazar'alor or Boralus and fly to Felwood from there.
Collect Thousand Needles Satchel
Travel to Thousand Needles where the cave entrance is at 43.9, 37.4 in zone #64, leading to the Buried Satchel at 42.7, 30.6. From Stormwind or Orgrimmar, take the portal to Caverns of Time and fly north to Thousand Needles.
Collect Shadowmoon Valley Satchel
Travel to Shadowmoon Valley in Draenor and find the Buried Satchel at 35.3, 48.9 — it is hidden inside a tree. Alliance players can use their 
Garrison Hearthstone to reach Draenor quickly and fly from there.
Collect Netherstorm Satchel
Travel to Netherstorm in Outland and find the Buried Satchel at 26.2, 68.5 — this satchel requires 3 players each carrying the Torch of Pyrreth to unlock. Coordinate with two other players before heading to this location.
Collect Valley of the Four Winds Satchel
Travel to the Valley of the Four Winds in Pandaria and find the Hidden Satchel at 56.7, 21.4, located inside the mouth of a statue near where the waterfall starts.
Collect Azure Span Satchel
Travel to The Azure Span in the Dragon Isles and find the Hidden Satchel at 25.2, 71.4 — use your Torch of Pyrreth on the snowman at this location to melt it and reveal the satchel.
Collect Dragonblight Satchel
Travel to Dragonblight in Northrend and find the Hidden Satchel at 63.9, 72.6, located by a skeleton claw near a lake.
Collect Northern Barrens Satchel
Travel to the Northern Barrens and find the Hidden Satchel at 46.0, 50.6 to complete your 10th Buried Satchel and earn the Tobias pet.
Tips
Finding 5 Buried Satchels awards the intermediate reward
Blue Tweed Cap before you reach the full 10 needed for Tobias.The Netherstorm satchel at 26.2, 68.5 requires 3 players all carrying the Torch of Pyrreth — plan this one with others before making the trip to Outland.
