Enter Naxxramas and clear all trash packs in the room before the Anub'Rekhan boss fight to minimize time spent between bosses.
Defeat Anub'Rekhan
Kill Anub'Rekhan and note the time of death; you have 20 minutes from this moment to reach and kill Maexxna.
Assign loot responsibility
Designate a single player (preferably one with lower damage output on trash, such as a rogue) to handle looting while the raid moves toward Maexxna to save time.
Defeat Maexxna
Proceed to Maexxna and kill her before 20 minutes have elapsed since Anub'Rekhan's death.
