Crunch Time
Defeat Chronikar after she shatters an Infused Hourglass with Eon Shatter in Dawn of the Infinite on Mythic difficulty.
Crunch Time is a 10-point achievement earned by defeating Chronikar after shattering an Infused Hourglass with her Eon Shatter ability in Dawn of the Infinite on Mythic difficulty.
Set Mythic Difficulty
Enter Dawn of the Infinite on Mythic difficulty before attempting this achievement.
Pick Up Infused Hourglass
Before heading down the ramp toward Chronikar's room, look on the right-hand side to find the Infused Hourglass and click it to pick it up.
Pull Boss Without Killing
Begin the fight with Chronikar but hold off on killing her — the hourglass must shatter before she dies.
Drop Hourglass in Eon Shatter
When the Eon Shatter circle appears on the ground, use your extra action button to place the Infused Hourglass inside the circle — do not hold it while standing in the ability, as that does not trigger the shatter.
Confirm Shatter and Kill Boss
The hourglass will visibly shatter and disappear within about 2 seconds, confirming the criterion is met; the achievement tracker may not turn white, but once the hourglass is gone you can safely finish killing Chronikar.
Tips
If you need to set the hourglass down temporarily before Eon Shatter occurs, picking it back up has a 2-second cast time, so retrieve it well before any countdown above it expires.
A ranged pull ability lets you engage Chronikar while holding the hourglass, giving you time to position before Eon Shatter appears.
